Worcester, MA Sarah Berry, a commercial property manager with Cutler Management Corp., was installed as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) of the Institute of Real Estate Management® (IREM) during the Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 governmental legislative meeting and new members installation, which was held virtually on April 13th.

Berry joined Cutler Management in 2012; in addition to property management, she serves in marketing and bookkeeping capacities.

The CPM is one of the highest professional designations that a real estate manager can earn and is recognized worldwide as the premier property management certification.

“It’s a pleasure to announce Sarah’s achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, 2022 president of IREM Boston. “Receiving the CPM certification is not an easy journey; it requires time spent on learning, building knowledge, and then practicing these skills by gaining real world experience in the field. Congratulations are in order.”
