Bierbrier Development leases 1,875 s/f to Sprint's iMobile
Bierbrier Development Inc., a developer and owner of urban shopping centers in Eastern Massachusetts, has leased 1,875 s/f of retail space to I-Mobile at Wellington Circle Plaza.
With over 100 locations nationwide, iMobile is a Sprint Preferred Retailer dedicated to excellence in customer satisfaction.
Len Bierbrier, president of Bierbrier Development, represented the landlord in the transaction. Lindsay L'Heureux of SRA Retail represented the tenant.
"We are pleased to welcome iMobile as our newest tenant at Wellington Circle Plaza, reflecting the increased vibrancy in Wellington and the surrounding areas of Medford. Wellington Circle Plaza is currently 95 percent leased, with 2,533 s/f remaining available."
Strategically located at the junction of Rts. 16 and 28 in Medford, Wellington Circle Plaza is a 55,000 s/f shopping center with national tenants that include CVS Pharmacy, Lenscrafters and Men's Wearhouse.
Springfield, MA Michael Bradley of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of the Belmont Portfolio, a six property, 78 unit multi-family portfolio. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9.5 million.
