Bierbrier Development Inc. has renewed a 5,000 s/f retail lease with Men's Wearhouse at Wellington Circle Plaza. Men's Wearhouse is one of North America's largest specialty retailers of men's apparel with 1,239 stores.
Casey Piche, vice president at Bierbrier Development, represented the landlord. Charlie Reilly, director of real estate at Men's Wearhouse, represented the tenant.
"We are pleased that Men's Wearhouse has renewed its lease at Wellington Circle Plaza, reflecting the increased vibrancy created by the very extensive renovation last year. Wellington Circle Plaza is currently 97% leased, with one 1,875 s/f vacancy."
Located at the junction of Rtes. 16 and 28, Wellington Circle Plaza is a regional shopping center with a total gross leasing area of 55,000 s/f of retail space. National tenants include CVS Pharmacy, Lenscrafters, Men's Wearhouse., and Chilpolte.
