Bierbrier Development signs two leases totaling 2,835 s/f to T-Mobile in Newton and Cricket Wireless in Haverhill

Newton, MA According to Bierbrier Development, T-Mobile and Cricket Wireless will join its growing tenant list.

T-Mobile will lease 1,552 s/f at Needham Street Village Shops on Needham St., Newton. T-Mobile is a national provider of wireless voice, messaging and data services with an advanced 4G LTE network, reaching over 308 million Americans. The store has an anticipated opening of early summer.

T-Mobile will join Partners Health Care, Scottrade, Relax the Back and b.good at Needham Street Village Shops.

National Commercial Brokers represented the tenant for the transaction and Jenny Hart of The Dartmouth Company represented landlord.

Cricket Wireless will lease 1,283 s/f at Walgreens Plaza on Main St., Haverhill. Cricket Wireless is a wireless carrier that offers affordable prepaid plans with no annual contract. They have a high quality connection using 4G LTE network nationwide. Cricket Wireless will open this month.
