Maker of MANSARD leases 2,900 s/f to Caffe Nero in Reading

Reading, MA Caffe Nero, which runs more than 700 coffee houses worldwide and is established in seven countries, is moving into a retail space in Reading Center.

The 2,900 s/f retail store, located at 676 Main St., will be Caffe Nero’s first café north of Boston and will complement Reading’s smart growth district.

David Maker, of MANSARD, facilitated both sides of the lease transaction, representing ownership of the building, Boston Reading LLC.
