Dean Blackey and Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty represented K&N Commercial LLC in the sale of 550 Worcester Rd. for $1.925 million to Claremont Realty Trust. 550 Worcester Rd. is a 12,600 s/f multi tenant office building that sits directly on Rte. 9. Blackey and Johnston represented the seller and procured the buyer. Since 1976 R.W. Holmes Realty has assisted corporations and investor/developers with their local, national, and international real estate needs. R.W. Holmes specializes in property leasing, investment sales, tenant representation, consulting and asset management.
