R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has completed the sale of 56-58 North Ave. for $1.5 million. Wheeler Lane Realty LLC, of Natick purchased the 34,427 s/f former manufacturing building for the purposes of redeveloping the property into 24 multi-family apartment units.
The site was previously occupied by Duralectra Inc. who has since moved their aluminum coating operation to Woonsocket, R.I.
Dean Blackey and Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the owner and procured the buyer.
