Blackey of R.W. Holmes facilitates office/flex
building sale - $2.3 million

Natick, MA R.W. Holmes, a commercial brokerage firm serving tenants and landlords in Massachusetts for more than 45 years, has recently negotiated the sale of a boutique office/flex building.

Located at 1 Tech Circle, the 5,871 s/f standalone office/flex/R&D building was sold by Young Family LLC to The Legasse Group for $2.3 million, or $391.75 per s/f.

R.W. Holmes managing director Dean Blackey represented the seller and procured the buyer.

“Small single-story buildings like 1 Tech are becoming increasingly rare in the market, especially ones like this with roughly 25% of tail-board accessible warehouse space combined with higher-end office and showroom space in the front,” said Blackey. “The Lagasse Group provides high-end home construction, renovation, and customization work, so having a building that could both be utilitarian while providing the image they need for their clientele was essential.”
