Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $2.975 million sale of Ranger Plaza

TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of the 14,000 s/f Ranger Plaza for $2.975 million. The plaza is 100% occupied consisting of four free standing retail buildings (McDonalds, a TD Bank ATM, Outback Steakhouse and Dunkin' Donuts) and a 106 ft. pylon sign prominently positioned adjacent to the property and I-93.
