Matthews Comm'l. completes $2.637m sale of 23,476 s/f center
Gerry Matthews, principal of Matthews Commercial Properties, completed the sale of 1183 New Haven Rd. The property consists of two buildings and 1.10 acres of land. The first is an 18,716 s/f two-story building containing both office and retail tenants. The second building contains retail tenants and totals 4,760 s/f.
Matthews represented the sellers, Robert and Charles LaFlamme. The property was purchased by Chin Min Kwok of New Jersey for $2.637 million. Kwok, represented by Exit Advantage Realty of Stamford, purchased the property for investment purposes.
