The first is an 18,716 s/f two-story building containing both office and retail tenants. The second building contains retail tenants and totals 4,760 s/f.
Matthews represented the sellers, Robert and Charles LaFlamme. The property was purchased by Chin Min Kwok of New Jersey for $2.637 million. Kwok, represented by Exit Advantage Realty of Stamford, purchased the property for investment purposes.
