Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $3 million hotel sale

TRB & Associates represented the buyer and has brokered the sale of the 108-room Plymouth Bay Inn & Suites located at 149 Main St. for $3 million. NAI/Hunneman Commercial was the exclusive agent for the seller. Thomas Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Associates, Inc., procured and represented the buyer, Payal Hotel LLC in the transaction.
