Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $5.675 million sale

TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of Marlborough Village Plaza located at 488-530 Boston Post Rd., for $5.675 million. The sale included five mixed-use, office and retail buildings, totaling 62,446 s/f situated upon 4.5 acres at a signalized intersection. "TRB & Associates is very pleased to have been retained by ownership to provide commercial real estate brokerage services on an exclusive basis," said Thomas Blakely. Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Associates based in Lincoln, Mass., exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in cooperation with Everest Realty.
