Blakely of TRB & Associates brokers $5.675 million sale
TRB & Associates has brokered the sale of Marlborough Village Plaza located at 488-530 Boston Post Rd., for $5.675 million. The sale included five mixed-use, office and retail buildings, totaling 62,446 s/f situated upon 4.5 acres at a signalized intersection.
"TRB & Associates is very pleased to have been retained by ownership to provide commercial real estate brokerage services on an exclusive basis," said Thomas Blakely.
Blakely, CCIM and president of TRB & Associates based in Lincoln, Mass., exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer in cooperation with Everest Realty.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
