Feiner of MG Commercial completes 11,600 s/f lease in Warwick
Dan Feiner, of MG Commercial representing ownership of 33 Lambert Lind Highway, finalized a lease with Bounce U for 11,600 s/f in the former Monster Golf location. Bounce U operates indoor play areas for kids and their families for birthday parties, sports team events and fund raisers. They are inflatable party professionals.
This will be the franchisee's second location. Their first store is in Conn. Bounce U chose this location because it is in the middle of the state with tremendous highway access and in close proximity to the malls. The site has great visibility and very strong daily traffic counts in a strong retail market.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
