Feiner of MG Commercial completes 11,600 s/f lease in Warwick

Dan Feiner, of MG Commercial representing ownership of 33 Lambert Lind Highway, finalized a lease with Bounce U for 11,600 s/f in the former Monster Golf location. Bounce U operates indoor play areas for kids and their families for birthday parties, sports team events and fund raisers. They are inflatable party professionals. This will be the franchisee's second location. Their first store is in Conn. Bounce U chose this location because it is in the middle of the state with tremendous highway access and in close proximity to the malls. The site has great visibility and very strong daily traffic counts in a strong retail market.

Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
