BLT unveils renovated 200,000 s/f office bldg. at Long Ridge Corp. Ctr.
Building and Land Technology, the owner of 260 Long Ridge Rd., recently completed the total renovation of the 200,000 s/f building.
Strategically located on the Long Ridge corridor that connects the Merritt Pkwy. and Stamford's CBD, 260 Long Ridge Rd. now features an updated exterior skin with new windows, a redesigned lobby, reconfigured entry parking and landscaping.
In addition to large floor plates and ample parking, 260 Long Ridge offers full power redundancy as the site draws off two separate power grids for unprecedented power insurance.
260 Long Ridge is part of the Long Ridge Corporate Center, an office campus of 77 acres that includes General Reinsurance Corporation's headquarters and 292 Long Ridge, a 50,000 s/f building.
