Bodio of LAN-TEL speaks at ASM breakfast leadership event
Boston, MA Last month, Lan-Tel Communications CEO Joseph Bodio spoke at ASM’s Breakfast Leadership event (sponsored by The Sullivan Group and Travelers Insurance) to share his wisdom and experience from 25 years in business. He covered numerous topics of interest to subcontractors, including the differences in working for public entities versus private companies; the balance between “saving for a rainy day” versus investing back into a company; the impact of diversifying services offered; and key financial and profitability indicators that every subcontracting company should carefully monitor. The attendees gained quite a bit of insight from Bodio’s discussion, with many looking forward to ASM’s numerous other seminars planned for this spring.
