Emma Bodwell and Deb McPhail have joined Mortgage Network at the 966 Roosevelt Trail office.
Bodwell, branch manager/senior loan officer, brings 15 years of industry expertise to the team. Bodwell came to Mortgage Network from Highland Mortgage, where she was the owner for 10 years. Bodwell serves on the board for Greater Bridgton Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce, and has been an active member of Maine Association of Mortgage Brokers and National Association of Mortgage Brokers. In 2006, she earned Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS) status, making her a specialist in the area of bringing financial planning to the mortgage process. She has served as president of the Bridgton Lake Region Rotary Club, and Rotary Advisor to the Lake Region High School Interact Club.
Bodwell received a B.S. from the University of Southern Maine.
McPhail, loan officer, brings over 25 years' experience to Mortgage Network in the financial industry. McPhail will specialize in offering many unique programs to clients including, conventional loans, FHA, VA, MSHA, reverse mortgages, commercial and portfolio products.
She is a past president and has been a member of the Sebago Lakes Chamber of Commerce for 30 years.
