Waters of McLaughry leases at Goodwin Properties' Hanover St. Plaza
Bruce Waters, CCIM, senior broker for McLaughry Commercial, brokered a 1,500 s/f office lease for Upper Valley Mortgage at the Hanover St. Plaza, a 15,000 s/f mixed use office/retail/restaurant facility.
Current tenants include: Stone Arch Bakery, Gnomon Copy and Gateway Locksmith.
McLaughry Comm'l. represented the building owner, Donald Goodwin Properties and assisted the tenant with this lease.
