Bohler Engineering is celebrating 30 years of business, success and growth. Ludwig (Lud) Bohler humbly established the firm's beginnings in his New Jersey home, working independently to provide site/civil engineering and planning for retail petroleum companies. Through his commitment to quality and customer service, Bohler grew the business, one client at a time as he branched out into other business sectors and markets. With the foundational core values in place, Bohler Engineering expanded from a single home office in New Jersey to multiple offices along the eastern seaboard handling some of the largest, highest profile projects in our region. Currently, Bohler Engineering has over 400 employees working in 13 offices along the East Coast.
As the firm's relationships grew, clients continued to seek Bohler's quality of work in more areas. To maintain the integrity and culture that Bohler originally established, each new Bohler office has been opened by a seasoned firm professional. Bohler and the firm's regional principals remain active in daily operations in order to maintain personal relationships with clients and partners.
In addition to site/civil engineering, permitting, landscape architecture, and program management, Bohler has the ability to provide a full complement of site services including geotechnical, environmental, and traffic engineering through its affiliated companies. Bohler has served on a wide variety of projects ranging in size and spanning many market sectors. The firm is retained by developers, national retailers, educational and healthcare institutions, contractors, architects, and owners, among others.
