BOMA Boston names 2017 board of directors - DerMinasian is president

Jim DerMinasian, Taurus Management Services

Boston, MA The Building Owners and Managers Association of Boston (BOMA Boston), a division of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, have named their Board of Directors for 2017. Jim DerMinasian of Taurus Management Services, LLC, will serve as the 2017 BOMA Boston president. Amy Bush of Brookfield Property Partners will serve as the 2017 president-elect, and Scott Rickards of Lincoln Property Company will serve as the 2017 secretary.

BOMA Boston has also named four new members of the board of directors:

• Melissa Miller, Janitronics Building Services;

• Michael Ostiguy, Taurus Management Services, LLC;

• Chad Boulay, Synergy Investments; and

• Matt Pierce, Pierce Property Services.
