September is Emergency Preparedness Month and the BOMA Boston Preparedness Committee has planned a September roundtable on active shooter and situational awareness. This facilitated group discussion and exercise will provide attendees with practical tips on what they can do to prepare/protect themselves and tenants in case of an emergency. Sergeant Lucas Taxter, of the Boston Police Department –District 4, will moderate the discussion and exercises, alongside the co-chairs of the BOMA Boston Preparedness Committee: John Tello, assistant director of safety & security, Boston Properties and Kathryn White, district manager, Allied Universal.

Join us to learn more about open event readiness, warning signs and threats, and protocols in advance of an actual incident.

The September Roundtable will take place on Thursday, September 22 at 10 St. James Ave., Boston.
