BOND to provide construction management for Signature Healthcare Center expansion and renovation project: Three seperate sites formerly Brockton Hospital

BOND (Bond Brothers) has been selected to provide construction management services for the renovation and expansion of Signature Healthcare Center, formerly Brockton Hospital. The project is broken up into various sites in the Signature footprint including: sites in Raynham and Hanson. These projects address the need for additional physician office space in the Signature system. BOND will renovate approximately 10,000 s/f of existing general medical office space to accommodate three new medical professionals and the relocations of patient registration services and call center at 1215 Broadway, Raynham. In addition, BOND will build-out 2,500 s/f of un-finished shell space at Shaw's Plaza , Hanson. The new space will house one internal medicine practitioner and supporting staff. The facility may also include a satellite digital radiographic room. BOND was chosen to provide construction management services for both sites based on the firms' depth of healthcare experience with intrusive interior renovations for clients such as: Lahey Clinic, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute where BOND has renovated complex clinical areas while surrounded by ongoing sensitive healthcare operations.
