Bondi Commercial and Pequot Commercial co-broke $415,000 sale
Gourmet Galley Catering, LLC, a 20-year-old premier catering company serving all of Eastern Conn., has purchased the 6,660 s/f facility at 138 Norwich Westerly Rd. from Custy's International Buffet. Custy's conducted business at this location for a number of years as its "all you can eat" buffet. The facility is located less than two miles from I-95 and 6.5 miles south of the Foxwoods Casino. The purchase price was $415,000.
The seller was represented by Pierce Connair of Pequot Commercial and attorney Andrew Cellemme of the law office of Waller, Smith and Palmer. The buyer was represented by Kenneth Bondi of Bondi Commercial and attorney Peter Hoops of the law office of Hoops and Jensen.
