Bonica and Hotarek of Eastern Retail Properties sell 450,000 s/f for $38 million
Andrew Bonica and Michael Hotarek of Eastern Retail Properties, Inc. have sold the Rhode Island Mall for $38 million.
The buyer, RI Mall, LLC, a joint venture between Winstanley Enterprises, LLC and Surrey Equities, acquired the property from GLL a German pension fund.
Eastern Retail Properties exclusively represented the buyer and Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. Eastern Retail Properties has been retained to lease the property.
