Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago &
Jacobs brokers $610,000 sale

Worcester, MA Nicoma LLC has purchased the 2,000 s/f building on 10,000 s/f lot located at 1369 Main St. (at Grand View Ave.). The buyer intends to utilize the property for their auto repair, sales and inspections service business, Bravo Auto Sales & Service. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs senior vice president, Jeff Borus brokered the transaction. The sale closed at a price of $610,000. 

Borus said, “In addition to the services that have always been offered to Bravo’s customers, this new location will also provide them and others in the area an inspection sticker service in a densely populated area of the city. Glad we were able to find them a home where their business will be able to continue to thrive.”
