Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs handles $1.65 million sale

Leicester, MA 11 Hankey Street Sun LLC has sold its 52,000 s/f industrial facility, to Wicked Properties – Hankey Street LLC for its use as an equipment storage warehouse. Per public records, the sale of the property was closed at a price of $1.65 million. The buyer will be relocating from other leased location into the facility. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs (NAIGKJ) senior vice president, Jeff Borus represented the parties in the transaction, and said, “This was a complicated transaction, where both parties were required to work hard and cooperate well to make it happen. They were a pleasure to work with, and it is good to see both mutually benefitting from doing so.”
