Boston, MA Boston Metropolitan Chapter No. 4 of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has been names the largest chapter. The Boston chapter is one of the 80 chapters nationwide and is proud to announce the chapter is the largest of a great organization. This wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of the Boston members, officers and board.
The New England Chapter No. 4 was founded on May 4, 1938, providing IREM services within its geographical region. The growth of the Chapter over the past seventy eight years has paralleled the expansion of the real estate industry and the property management profession in its region of influences. Candice Morse chapter president, Peter Lewis, president-elect, Gregg Jenner, vice president, Owen Ahearn, treasurer and secretary, Warren Lizio leading the chapter in 2016. The Boston chapter membership count of 635 this is great success.
