Boston Real Estate Advisors completed the signing of a long-term lease of 22,000 s/f to Work Out World at 911 Providence Hwy. Craig Barker of Boston Real Estate Advisors represented the landlord, Monkey Sports in the negotiation and Brian Flynn of RE/MAX Results represented Work Out World. 911 Providence Highway consists of 57,000 s/f of retail space in two buildings on 9.97 acres.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
