Geenty Group and Press/Cuozzo relocate 10,000 s/f in North Haven

Jordan Paige Food Enterprises has entered into a long-term lease for 10,000 s/f of distribution space and offices at 78 Rebeschi Dr. Lynn Weed of Weed Realty represented the landlord, Investment Capital Management. Kevin Geenty, SIOR, of The Geenty Group, Realtors, and Stephen Press, SIOR, of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, jointly represented the tenant, Jordan Paige Company. Jordan Paige Company will relocate from its current location at 9 Business Park Dr., Branford, which Geenty and Press are currently marketing for sale. Jordan Paige distributes high-end food products to private clubs and upscale restaurants throughout the region. The tenant is more than doubling the size of its distribution facility due to increasing sales and due to its taking on new product lines.
