Boston Realty Advisors and JLL named to sell 114-unit Richmond Vista apartment community
Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) and Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) have been exclusively retained for the sale Richmond Vista at Wakefield a 114-unit apartment community.
Built in 2013, the community stands apart from its competition by offering top-of-the line unit finishes and spacious living rooms and bedrooms. The property was developed and is currently owned by The Richmond Company, Inc.
The multifamily investment sales team of Christopher Sower and Jason Weissman of BRA in cooperation with Travis D'Amato and Michael Coyne of JLL will be handling the sale.
