Boston Realty Advisors brings 434 Mass. Ave. to 100% occupancy
Castaway Clothing has signed a multi-year lease for 2,740 s/f and Geneva Labs has signed a multi-year lease for 2,127 s/f at 434 Mass. Ave. bringing the property to 100% occupancy. Boston Realty Advisors managing principal and partner, William Catlin, Jr., represented the tenants, as well as the landlord, Mount Vernon Company.
