Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has completed the sale of 52 Westland Ave., a 43-unit apartment building located in the city's Fenway neighborhood for $12.8 million. The buyer was 52 Westland Enterprises LLC and the seller was 52 Westland LLC.
52 Westland Ave. is a five-story, 43 unit, apartment building, located in the city's Cultural District. The asset benefits from its location across the street from Whole Foods and its adjacency to the Boston Symphony Hall.
Christopher Sower, managing director and partner of BRA, said, "The offering had over 100 interested parties. The process was very competitive."
Jason Weissman, principal and founder of BRA said, "The properties unique location, sandwiched between Longwood Medical Area and the Back Bay probably added to the buyer's interest level."
