Boston Realty Advisors completes $12.8 million sale of 43-unit apartment building

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has completed the sale of 52 Westland Ave., a 43-unit apartment building located in the city's Fenway neighborhood for $12.8 million. The buyer was 52 Westland Enterprises LLC and the seller was 52 Westland LLC. 52 Westland Ave. is a five-story, 43 unit, apartment building, located in the city's Cultural District. The asset benefits from its location across the street from Whole Foods and its adjacency to the Boston Symphony Hall. Christopher Sower, managing director and partner of BRA, said, "The offering had over 100 interested parties. The process was very competitive." Jason Weissman, principal and founder of BRA said, "The properties unique location, sandwiched between Longwood Medical Area and the Back Bay probably added to the buyer's interest level." Other local neighborhood amenities and attractions include easily accessible garage parking, public transportation (E Line Symphony Stop and Hynes Convention Center), The Shops at Church Park, The Museum of Fine Arts, The Isabella Gardner Stewart Museum, the Back Bay Fens and Emerald Necklace park system designed by Frederick Law Olmsted, Fenway Park and world-class Newbury St.
