Boston Realty Advisors completes three leases for The Winhall Cos. totaling 8,500 s/f

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has completed three lease transactions at 175 Highland Ave. for the ownership, The Winhall Cos. Priority 5 has relocated from downtown Boston to 175 Highland Ave., leasing approximately 3,000 s/f on the fourth floor. State Street Real Estate assisted the tenant in the transaction. Relocating from Kearney Rd., Linkwell Health has expanded into 2,500 s/f on the fourth floor of the building. The tenant was represented by Newmark Knight Frank in the lease negotiation. Nearly doubling in size, Centerpoint Advisors has leased 3,000 s/f at 175 Highland Ave. The space was on the market less than a week when Centerpoint Advisors committed to the space. In addition, M.J. Flaherty Co. has signed a 5 year lease extension for 6,600 s/f of space One Gateway Center in Newton. BRA's suburban team of Adam Meixner and Jeremy Freid represented M.J. Flaherty, while Colliers International represented the landlord, J.F. White Properties. Despite being a tenant in the building for 15+ years, M.J. Flaherty retained the Freid-Meixner team to ensure that they were able to receive the best possible lease renewal terms. In addition to achieving a better rental structure for the Tenant, the Freid-Meixner team was successful in restructuring many of the other terms in the lease that are often overlooked by Tenants. M. J. Flaherty Company is a privately held, full service mechanical contractor with 70-years of successful operation in the New England market. Unlike its national competitors, this market is its sole focus, and that concentration guarantees its clients absolute commitment to performance.
