Boston Realty Advisors sells 16-24 Union Park Street for $5.425 million for Union Street, LLC to The Mount Vernon Company

Boston Realty Advisors (BRA) has sold a 7,950 s/f urban mixed-use property located at 16-24 Union Park St. in the city's South End neighborhood for $5.425 million on behalf of their client Union Street, LLC, to The Mount Vernon Company. Conveniently located in the South End, 16-24 Union Park St. is positioned between two of the most heavily trafficked streets, Tremont and Washington St., that are home to an abundance of well known retailers and restaurants. The asset consists of eight residential units spread across the second and third floors as well as 3,175 s/f of ground level retail that will add significant value to an already thriving neighborhood.
