Boulos Co. lease 6,001 s/f to Sebago Technics

South Portland, ME Sebago Technics leased an additional 6,001 s/f of office space at 75 John Roberts Rd., facilitated by Greg Boulos of The Boulos Company. The engineering/consulting firm has been a Boulos tenant since 2012.

Despite uncertainties due to COVID and the economy, Sebago Technics has experienced significant organic and acquisition growth. The company recently acquired Titcomb Associates and Sawyer Engineering and Surveying. They are actively seeking to expand their market, with more hiring and acquisitions in the works.

“Sebago Technics is excited about the future of our 100% employee-owned business,” said president and CEO Mark Adams. “Our reputation, diversity of services, size, and responsiveness ensure ample opportunities and sustainability. Whether organic or through acquisition we expect to see continued growth and are looking for talented professionals who want to be part of our successful, ownership culture.”

Adams also said, “We believe that a flexible office policy is essential in the workplace today. However, for our collaborative culture there are great benefits to a physical space that’s adaptive, organized for our work structure, and provides a place for the important social nature of teamwork. Boulos has been an exceptional partner. Their support as a landlord and property manager has been important to our growth and allowed us to focus on our clients, and we’re confident that they will continue to support our growth in the future.”
