Bowden of R. Calabrese Agency brokers $580,000 sale

205 Interstate Lane - Waterbury, CT

Waterbury, CT Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has completed the sale of a property located at 205 Interstate Ln., a multi-tenant flex building. The 12,000 s/f masonry building on 1.5 acres was constructed in 1987.  The sale price for the property was $580,000 and purchased by 205 Interstate LLC, who will be occupying a portion of the building. The seller was 715 Straits Turnpike LLC.  Bowden represented the buyer and seller.
