Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency brokers $1.2 million building sale
Waterbury, CT Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has completed the sale of a property located at 80 Turnpike Dr., occupied by American Roller Company.
The 24,000 s/f warehouse and manufacturing building is located on 2.3 acres and has been occupied by American Roller for over 10 years.
The sale price for the property was $1.2 million and was purchased by Turnpike Drive LLC, an investment group from New York.
The seller was 715 Straits Turnpike, Inc. In the transaction, Bowden represented both the buyer and the seller.
