Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency brokers 4,800 s/f restaurant lease to Craft Kitchen Plainville
Plainville, CT Bob Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency has arranged a lease for 4,800 s/f of restaurant space. The space leased is located at 400 New Britain Ave. and was formerly occupied by Waxy’s O’Connors Irish Pub. The new tenant in the building is a Craft Kitchen Plainville, this will be the second location for this restaurant. The landlord, Rishabh LLC, operates the adjoining Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Plainville.
Bowden of the R. Calabrese Agency represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.

Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million.
