Bowdoin Construction Corp. completes 234,667 s/f office space repositioning for Bridge Commercial Real Estate
Quincy, MA Bowdoin Construction Corp. recently completed a 234,667 s/f class A office space repositioning project for Bridge Commercial Real Estate. The work consisted of exterior improvements and interior renovations of the 1st, 5th and 7th floors of the seven-story 1200 Crown Colony building, located within the Crown Colony Office Park.
New first floor amenities include the lobby, atrium, coffee bar, cafe, kitchen, and fitness center, as well as an outdoor patio and outdoor fitness area.
The scope of work involved the construction of new non-structural interior partitions, and the installation of new high-end finishes including flooring, lighting, and cabinetry.
New exterior landscaping completed the project. Fusion Design Consultants served as the project architect.
