Boyle and O'Leary of Cassidy Turley, FHO represent Health Advances in 31,832 s/f lease

Cassidy Turley FHO, recently completed a 31,832 s/f lease renewal and expansion at Nine Riverside Rd. for Health Advances, a leading healthcare strategy consulting firm. Health Advances is extending its current lease at Riverside Office Park for an additional seven years and expanding its corporate headquarters by more than 40%. The increase in space, 9,907 s/f, reflects Health Advances' strong growth prospects. Senior managing director, principal John Boyle and vice president Michael O'Leary of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Health Advances in the transaction. Andrew Majewski, executive vice president, partner and Matthew Siciliano, vice president of CBRE/New England represented the landlord. Health Advances, celebrating its 20th year in business, works with senior management teams in the healthcare industry to develop strategies to address their most pressing decisions and achieve their growth objectives. "This central location has helped us sustain and grow our business and we are thrilled to be expanding our footprint in Weston," said Paula Ness Speers, co-founder and one of the managing directors of Health Advances. "The additional space will be invaluable as our operations continue to expand locally and worldwide. Riverside Office Park consists of 9 Riverside Dr. and 13 Riverside Dr. The three-story buildings, a combined 94,514 s/f of class A office space, are connected by a shared dining space with outdoor seating. Amenities include a renovated lobby, food service and Energy Star label. "After evaluating the market, Nine Riverside Rd. proved to be the best fit for Health Advances due to its excellent accessibility for clients and staff located in downtown Boston as the surrounding suburbs as well as its strong ownership," said Boyle.
