Boyle and O'Leary of FHO rep. Epsilon in 22,000 s/f lease expansion

FHO Partners has completed a 22,000 s/f lease expansion for Epsilon, one of the industry's leading marketing services firm. The eight-year lease agreement will increase Epsilon's total presence at its 601 Edgewater Dr. facility to 135,000 s/f, and will provide additional opportunity for growth and expansion.
