Cassidy Turley FHO completed a 30,167 s/f lease at 9 Galen St. for Pathfinder International, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing global sexual and reproductive health services. Through the transaction, Pathfinder renewed its current lease of 23,329 s/f of space and secured an additional 6,838 s/f of space, increasing the company's footprint by nearly 30% to 30,167 s/f.
Senior managing director, principal John Boyle and associate Ryan Romano of Cassidy Turley FHO represented Pathfinder. James Elcock, executive vice president and managing partner of Colliers International represented the landlord.
