Boyle of Chozick Realty, Inc. facilitates $460,000 apartment sale

Burnham Street Apartments, 11 Burnham Street - Terryville, CT

Plymouth, CT Tom Boyle of the Hartford office of investment broker Chozick Realty, Inc., has facilitated the sale of Burnham Street Apartments, located at 11 Burnham St. This eight-unit property brought a price of $460,000.

Built in the 1980s, Burnham Street Apartments is a garden property with direct unit entry and all resident paid utilities.

The property is in the Terryville section of town, which abuts the town of Bristol. With a along-term tenant base, there is rental upside, creating an ideal opportunity for added value.

Chozick Realty represented the owner and procured the buyer in this transaction.
