Boylston Realty named agent for 50,000 s/f Walnut Place Shop. Ctr.

Boylston Realty Advisors was recently appointed to represent the owners of Walnut Place. Walnut Place Shopping Center is a 50,000 s/f Applebee's anchored retail center located on Rte. 1 with direct access via the Walnut St. crossover. The façade is being totally redesigned and renovated by Channel Building Company and is expected to be completed soon, giving Walnut Place a new shopping center appearance. The center has both in-line and end cap spaces available, with the end-cap offering direct exposure to over 104,000 vehicles per day. Boylston Realty is currently seeking tenants looking for 1,400 to 12,000 s/f of space. The 2.5 acre parcel for development offers direct access to Walnut St., and there are plans to rework that access by installing a traffic signal and modifying the roadway. Along with Applebee's, Walnut Place tenants include national brands such as AAA, Weight Watchers and H&R Block.
