Boston, MA According to Bozzuto, the first residents have moved into Alder, a new residential community atop a full-sized Stop & Shop delivering this summer. The preliminary residential phase of the Allston Yards mixed-use development, Alder includes 165 apartment homes and ground floor retail, in addition to the Stop & Shop. Thus far, nearly 30% of the available market-rate apartments have been leased at the time of initial move-ins. Developed and managed by Bozzuto, Alder is located near the Boston Landing commuter rail station, one stop away from downtown, within the dynamic Guest St. corridor. 

Further enhancing the evolving Allston-Brighton area, Alder and the forthcoming phases of Allston Yards will complement the streetscape with retail and entertainment destinations along with an influx of residences. Opening this summer, the new flagship 67,000 s/f Stop & Shop will replace the grocer’s former location at 60 Everett St., offering a fresh look and feel and a wide assortment for customers with a focus on healthy options at a great value.
