Bradbury of CLW Real Estate Services Group represents OneBeacon Insurance Company in 188,857 s/f lease

CLW Real Estate Services Group (CLW), a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, completed a 188,857 s/f lease on behalf of OneBeacon Insurance Company at 150 Royall St. The Shaw Group, a Fortune 500 company with 27,000 employees around the world, serving the energy, chemicals, environmental, infrastructure and emergency response industries, will join OneBeacon who will continue to occupy the balance of the facility, which they currently own. The lease eliminates the entire vacancy at 150 Royall St. marking the rapid completion of a leasing initiative that began in January of this year. "The location, quality of the building and willingness of OneBeacon's team to be thoughtful and creative put 150 Royall St. at the top of the list of options for tenants searching for large blocks of space. We are pleased that Shaw selected our building as their next Mass. based home," said Rich Bradbury, principal at CLW who handled the assignment for OneBeacon. Andy Majewski, Steve Clancy and Rachel Marks of CB Richard Ellis New England, represented The Shaw Group in the lease. Bradbury of CLW represented OneBeacon as the exclusive leasing agent.
