CLW Real Estate Services Group (CLW), a full-service commercial real estate advisory firm, completed a 188,857 s/f lease on behalf of OneBeacon Insurance Company at 150 Royall St.
The Shaw Group, a Fortune 500 company with 27,000 employees around the world, serving the energy, chemicals, environmental, infrastructure and emergency response industries, will join OneBeacon who will continue to occupy the balance of the facility, which they currently own.
The lease eliminates the entire vacancy at 150 Royall St. marking the rapid completion of a leasing initiative that began in January of this year.

Andy Majewski, Steve Clancy and Rachel Marks of CB Richard Ellis New England, represented The Shaw Group in the lease. Bradbury of CLW represented OneBeacon as the exclusive leasing agent.
