Brady joins NKF as an associate director of management services - based in Stamford, CT office

Stamford, CT According to Newmark Knight Frank (NKF), 22-year commercial real estate professional James Brady has joined the firm as an associate director of management services. Brady will be responsible for NKF’s property management operations and staff in Connecticut. He will report to regional director of management services Eric Stone.

In addition to his property management leadership role, Brady will work with NKF’s leasing and investment sales professionals to grow the management portfolio, cross-sell NKF’s services, build new client relationships and advise owners on strategies for maximizing efficiency and the value of their properties.

Brady has a, well-recognized background in managing assets and cultivating prosperous, long-lasting relationships, as well as delivering results across a range of asset types, including office, retail and luxury residential. Prior to joining NKF, he worked with Lexham Private Investors, LLC, where he was responsible for the management and operating performance of all assets held across the firm.
