Brady Sullivan completes multiple lease transactions at 1750 Elm Street

Brady Sullivan Properties has completed 3 long-term lease transactions at 1750 Elm St. (Brady Sullivan Tower). Fresenius Medical Care leased 14,383 s/f of ground floor space. Fresenius is a leader in renal care which will be operating a dialysis treatment clinic on the site. Nephrology Associates has also taken space at 1750 Elm St. consisting of 3,000 s/f on the second floor. Lastly, Boston Therapeutics who is a pharmaceutical company based in N.H., has leased 1,522 s/f on the ground floor of the building. The Brady Sullivan Tower was able to provide a visible and highly accessible location for all of these organizations, being located on Elm St. and directly off I-293 in Manchester. Charles Panasis and Benjamin Kelley of Brady Sullivan represented the landlord in all three transactions, and Dan Scanlon of Grubb & Ellis Northern New England represented Fresenius Medical Care and Nephrology Associates, while Boston Therapeutics represented themselves.
