The Valentine Group sells Floyd School for $375,000

The Valentine Group has sold the Floyd School at 37 Highland Ave. This brick, former elementary school will be converted to 20 residential apartments. The new owner chose the Floyd School because it offers easy access to Rte. 93, it offers municipal water and sewer, sprinkler system, good bones but most of all for its character. All parking will be onsite. It is expected that the exterior look will be retained by the new owner. The sale price per the tax stamps was $375,000. "The multifamily market remains strong in Southern N.H.," said Ralph Valentine. The Valentine Group represented the seller 37 Highland Ave LLC and Michael Starr Realty assisted the buyer in this transaction.
