375 South Willow Street - Manchester Commons - Manchester, N.H.

Brady Sullivan Properties has completed the purchase of 375 South Willow St., Manchester Commons, from Feldco Development.
Feldco built and developed the project in 2003 and remains the owner of the 70,000 s/f Shaws grocery store which anchors the site.
The shopping center consists of 100,000 s/f of retail and office space. Brady Sullivan has many improvements planned for the property which will begin prior to the winter months according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan.
Given the exposure and South Willow St. visibility, Brady Sullivan is encouraged about the leasing activity and is in discussions with a number of national and local retailers regarding the commons. According to Panasis, "We are not strangers to the retail market as the company had a number of retail locations in the late 1990s but sold off those properties to concentrate on office/industrial and residential developments."
"Based on the activity we have received thus far, along with the slated improvements scheduled, we believe we have the ability to create a real value add situation for the current tenants and new tenants at the Commons" said Shane Brady and Arthur Sullivan, principals at Brady Sullivan.
Current opportunities exist to lease first floor retail and second floor office space in the range of 1,000-20,000 s/f. Tenants include; State of NH DMV, Digital Federal Credit Union, Giovanni's, Fantastic Sams, UPS Store, and Lens Doctors.
