American Cottage LLC has leased and intends to purchase a free standing building on 2.52 acres with 14,350 s/f of retail, office and warehouse space at 9 Gilford East Dr. from Harold Abbott. The company was seeking more space for their expanding business.

American Cottage is a Lakes Region fine home furnishing store with custom furniture, handmade rugs, Tiffany and antler lighting, gifts and antiques. Their rugs were awarded the Architectural Digest 2008 Magnificent Carpet Award.
